The Wizards are 33-24 SU (27-30 ATS) after winning their final game before the break 118-113 against the Knicks in New York. SG Bradley Beal led the way with 36 points and seven assists, helping the Wizards fight back from a 27-point deficit to get the win. Even without John Wall in the lineup, they’re staying in the top half of the Eastern Conference. Wall, who’s out with a knee injury, should be back in the lineup in a month.
The Cavaliers (34-22 SU, 18-37-1 ATS) defeated Oklahoma City 120-112 on the road in their last game before the break. LeBron James had 37 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the Cavaliers, who are now 2-0 since overhauling their team at the trade deadline.
The Cavaliers are 7-3 SU in their last 10 meetings with the Wizards, who are 5-5 ATS in that span. The Cavaliers beat the Wizards 130-122 on November 3 and then again by a score of 106-99 on December 17. Both games were played in Washington.
