The World Series of Handicapping is getting more competitive as the season goes along. It is not easy to constantly pick winners on a regular basis and compete with some of the most talented football pickers on the planet and that is exactly what they ask you to when you sign up to compete in the World Series of Handicapping.
If you have not heard of this respected tournament, here is a quick look at how it works. The World Series of Handicapping (also known as the WSOH) is a football picking contest for anyone that thinks that they can pick winners on a regular basis in the National Football League. All contestants select seven NFL games each week and are asked to choose a side and or a total. They then will assign a unit value for each selection and collect points for all of their winning picks. The contestant who ends the season with the highest amount of units recorded will be the winner and claim the ring! The sparkly ring is the most sought-after trophy in sports handicapping!
Here is a quick look at the leaderboard as the contest head into week six of the NFL. The cream is rising to the top as some of the most talented handicappers are flexing their football picking muscles.
Natejacobson is currently in first place on the leaderboard, holding down the top spot for the second week in a row. He is starting to pull away from the rest of the pack as he has amassed 74.90 units and a very impressive 25-10 record on the season. Oaky sits in second place with just 59.20 units on the season but has an equally impressive record of 24-10-1 on the season. This shows just how important it is to assign your units properly. The rest of the leaderboard is a traffic jam as the third place contestant allredb1 has 43.40 units and the sixth place spot Petro has 41.30 units and are close to one another in the standings.
Here are the picks for Week 6 in the NFL from the current leader:
7 units: Green bay Packers
6 Units: New York Jets
5 Units: Buffalo Bills
4 Units: Arizona Cardinals
3 Units: Buffalo Bills / New England Patriots Under
2 Units: Philadelphia Eagles
1 Unit: Jacksonville Jaguars
A quick look at the WSOH consensus shows that one of the most popular picks of the today is the Green Bay Packers who have received seven picks as a seven unit play for this week. This contest is getting more and more exciting and will be great to watch unfold.
